Why am I seeing high memory usage when there was only few IO access?

Solution

ZFS will keep cache data as much as it can in the system memory even when there is no I/O at all, that’s because the cached data can be used right away if the connected host is trying to get the same data from XCubeNAS, so it is normal to see high memory usage even though there is no I/O for a period of time.
