How a reboot process works in dual controller system?

Solution

1. The master controller reboot first
2. Then slave controller takes care of the mastership and becomes a new master controller
3. And then the second controller (new master) will reboot once the first controller comes back from rebooting
4. Last, the first controller will become the master controller again.
