How to replace a problematic HDD?
The global spare disk will help the system to automatically take over the failed disk in any pool, so user can replace a problematic disk directly without any setting.
When the pool health became degraded, we suggest changing the disk which has the same capacity, manufacturer and firmware as the problematic disk, and then replacing a problematic disk directly.
