Why can't I see the compatible disk showing on the Web UI?
If you are using dual controller system with SATA drive, it is necessary to attach a MUX board on the SATA drive and insert into the system, so that the system will be able to detect this SATA drive as it must use SAS drive in dual controller system; A MUX board helps to transfer SATA interface to SAS.
If SATA disks with MUX boards still cannot be recognized, please download the debug-info file for Qsan support team to analyze.
