Why  can't I receive the email notification?

Solution

Please check a few things below:

  1. Did you enter the right SMTP Server?
  2. Is your email address and password available?
  3. Did you set up your email account security?
  4. Did you choose right “Secure Connection”?
  5. Microsoft Office365 supports only TLS encryption for email notification.

    1. Did you set up DNS?
    2. Did you enter the email address which you are going to receive the notification in “Email-to Address”?
